~THE PROCESS~
Here's how it works!
1️⃣ Fill out our cute little questionnaire and spill all the deets you want us to know about YOU! Whether it's your hobbies, passions, or quirky little faves – we want it all so we can make your case perfection! *We use your answers as a guide to pick out charms, so be prepared for some artistic interpretation!*
2️⃣ We go on a global charm hunt! Based on your answers, we hunt down the perfect charms to bring your dream case to life. We try our best to make sure each charm on your case holds a special place in your heart.
3️⃣ Case assembly time! After we add all your adorable charms, it takes about 3 days to make sure everything dries perfectly. Once we’re done, it’s off to you, baby.
~TERMS & CONDITIONS~
🚚Shipping Timelines - Each case has a slightly different ship time as some charms might come from far and wide and require a little extra time to get to us (but trust us, it’s totally worth the wait). We do our absolute best to ship your case as soon as possible, we just want it to be perfect. Typical timeframe is 2-3 weeks!
📦Returns - Since every case is custom-made just for you, unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. But we promise you’ll love it, because it’s all made with tons of love and care.
